How can I leave a note ?

How can I track my order ?
When your order is shipped,our website will automatically send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you don't see it,the email might have been mistakenly filtered into your「spam folder」，so be sure to check there too.
You can also track your package directly by
entering your tracking number at https://lfhex.kingtrans.cn/tracken.jsp
Do i have to pay custom tax ?
Orders from the United States（Excluding PR&AK), Canada, Australia and Europe（Excluding Switzerland） DO NOT require recipients to pay any additional custom fees.
For other regions, please contact us by email before placing your order.
When will my packing order be shipped?
Orders without packing video take around 1 week to process
Orders with packing video take around 2 weeks to process
Some orders may take loner due to items being out of stock
